Event: Labyrinth Dance Theater's production of NOOR.

Venue: Scottish Storytelling Centre, 43-45 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1SR.
Date: Tuesday 5 February 2013.
Time: 7.30pm.
Event Description: Based on the incredible true story of Noor Inayat Khan, a Sufi Pacifist who became a spy for the allies during WW11. Featuring Felicia Norton as Noor, created by Sasha Spielvogel/Labyrinth Dance Theater with music by David Majzlin. Also featuring a separate slide show and art installation by Rekha Sameer depicting Noor's life and times. Fresh from standing ovations in London, Paris and New York, this is a wonderful story, beautifully performed.

Speaker: Stephen Hirtenstein.
Title: Human Being, Being Human: Awareness, Ascension and the Attainment of True Happiness.
Venue: Quaker Meeting House, 7 Victoria Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2JL.
Date: Friday 1 March 2013.
Time: 7pm-9pm. Refreshments available from 6.30pm.
Event Description: This talk will draw on the writings of such great spiritual masters as Ibn 'Arabi and Rumi to investigate the meanings of human completion and happiness.

Event: Baghdad Night.

Venue: Scottish Storytelling Centre, 43-45 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1SR.

Event Description: A special evening of Iraqi folk music and modern Iraqi and Kurdish songs with Mohammed Nafea and a number of famous Iraqi musicians. There will also be a unique Iraqi belly dance and a selection of delicious Iraqi food available.

Event: Evening Workshop: How can we make Balanced Decisions, both Nationally and Locally?

Event: Garth Hewitt: Justice Like a River.

Event Description: Garth Hewitt celebrates his Justice Like a River tour, playing from his recent album of worship songs on justice. Touring tirelessly for 40 years Garth has visited areas of poverty, conflict, deprivation, and disaster, influencing his songs and work with the human rights charity The Amos Trust, www.amostrust.org.
